1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the social media growth services (followers, likes, views, subscriptions and similar) offered through the SosyalKas.com website ("Site"), operated by KEPT SOFTWARE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we"). Every visitor and member ("User") of the Site is deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

The services offered on the Site are digital growth services delivered to the link/username shared by users on third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Our services are not an official product, partner, or representative of the relevant social media platforms; platform names are used only to indicate which platform a given service targets.

3. Membership and Account Security

• Accurate and up-to-date information is required for membership.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account.
• Users under 18 must use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Orders and Delivery

Orders begin processing automatically once payment is confirmed. Delivery times shown on service pages are estimates; delays may occur due to technical restrictions, high demand, or policy changes on the relevant social media platform. We never ask for your password; orders are processed using only your publicly visible username/link.

5. User Obligations

Users may only place orders for social media accounts they own or are authorized to act on. The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by a private account, an incorrect link, or an inaccessible username provided at checkout.

6. Pricing

Prices are shown in TRY on the site, and as an informational USD equivalent on the English version; all charges are always processed in TRY. The Company reserves the right to change prices and promotions without prior notice; such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for outcomes caused by changes social media platforms make to their own policies (algorithm updates, account suspensions, platform-driven drops in followers/likes, etc.). Use of the services is at the User's own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the Site belong to KEPT SOFTWARE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Changes

The Company may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the domicile of the consumer or the Company.
