Gate Enter is visitor registration software with fingertip digital signature for company, site, factory and office entrances. Visitor details are collected quickly, neatly and without paper, and the result is delivered to the security point as a single PDF.

How It Works

1. Photo: a portrait photo of the visitor is taken.
2. Form: the visitor fills out the form on a tablet or computer.
3. Privacy consent: the visitor reads and accepts the privacy terms.
4. Fingertip signature: the visitor signs digitally on the screen with a finger.
5. PDF: the program prepares a PDF containing the portrait photo, privacy terms, visitor details and signature.
6. Sent to security: the PDF is sent to the security point.
